Vilebrequin is a French brand specialised in the manufacture of swimwear and ready-to-wear. It was created in 1971 in Saint-Tropez by Fred Prysquel, photographer and automotive sports journalist, who then gave it the name of an engine part, the Vilebrequin (crankshaft).

The first swim short was named Moorea after the famous St Tropez beach. Today Vilebrequin kids proposes “mini me” swim shorts and bikinis from the adult collections and a complete sportswear clothing collection for boys and girls up to 14 years old.
